Deborah Van Eersel, BA 85

Deborah has been named as the New Chief Executive Officer of the University of Virginia Foundation. She brings 35 years of experience in real estate, nonprofits and higher education to the role. Her focus will be on maintaining the foundation’s people-first culture while advancing UVA’s mission throughs strategic real estate initiatives.
