Ronald spent two years in the Army in Alaska after graduation. His career took him to Nebraska, Texas and Oklahoma. He retired Dec. 7, 1999, and moved back to the Hill Country of Texas, where he has lived ever since. He has been married three times and has three children with his first wife. His second wife had six children, and together they raised nine. Today, he and his third wife enjoy a relaxed life on Lake LBJ in Texas. He has no idea how many grandchildren, great-grandchildren or great-great-grandchildren he may have. He is 91 years old and still going strong.
