Tim Cavanaugh, BS 78, MS 88

Tim was sworn in as Douglas County treasurer on July 8, 2025. He has served as chairman of the MUD Board of Directors for 26 years, following his retirement as a captain from the Omaha Police Department. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
